Task/Problem Overview
This article will review how to add a PDF specification sheet to an item record.
Item Manager

Go to Inventory > Inventory Manager > Item Manager and select the item you want to add this PDF to.

Next, go to the ‘Product Info’ tab.

In the PDF field enter the file path/URL of the PDF you want to have shown. NOTE: If you have a data provider that provides both images and PDF sheets, this information be added during your scheduled imports.

Lastly, save your changes.
Viewing the PDF
Once you have added a PDF, here is how you view this information.
Sales Order InBasket

While in a quote/order enter the item number onto the line.

Open the Inbasket

Go to the Part Info tab.

If there is a PDF for this item, the orange Product PDF button will appear.

Once selected, the PDF will open on the screen.
